John’s career includes diverse experience in financial services, retail, government, and health care, supporting infrastructure, software development, and Site Reliability Engineering. John holds a Masters of Science in Psychology from the Managing Risk and Systems Change program at Trinity College Dublin, where he applied lessons from safety science to technology.
